Building Permits must be completely filled out , including a drawing showing the location of the existing improvements and the proposed construction on the lot, showing all setbacks from the lot lines (sides and rear), and the distance from the center of the road and the distance from any other buildings.
In cases of Zoning Compliance or Building Permits, which require additional approval, issuance times will vary.
Mechanical, Electrical , Plumbing & Roofing Permits will be issued upon receipt.
